The Smart Women’s Manifesto

I have about 29 items on my “to do” list this morning.  I’ve got a teleclass at 12:00 with the National Association of Entrepreneur Moms where I’m going to share the 5 most valuable secrets that I’ve learned over the last  20+ years to take a business from idea and start-up to a six figure income.  Tomorrow I will be hosting my Passion, Purpose, Plan Circle here in Los Angles for women who really want to re-invent their lives and take themselves to a different, more desirable place.

It’s weird though.  I’ve had this nagging feeling all morning.  You know what I mean?  Something’s not quite right but you can’t put your finger on it?  Yeah, that feeling.  I’ve been up since 5:30 and it’s now 9:15 and for some reason I’m feeling the need to describe, clarify, or just write about why I gave birth to Smart Women Smart Solutions over 5 years ago and why I created the Women’s Success Circles and all the other “sibling” programs that came along.

About 10 years ago, when I was in my late 30’s, I began to go through a major transition in my life.  I knew that something was changing inside of me but I wasn’t able to see, clarify or know what it was at the time.  I had lost my passion, my “spark” for my professional life and just felt the “blues.”  After some soul-searching, I decided that I needed to figure out what was next for me—sort of a re-invention I guess.  I went through and developed a process that I used to create a new, passionate, meaningful life for myself.   I also knew that I was not alone.  If I felt this way it was quite possible that many other women probably did too.  I knew that other women might be questioning what might be next for them, ready for a change but not sure how to figure it all out.

This is why the Women’s Success Circles were born.  I made a decision to take my own process, my own journey and develop a model, a method to help other women go through this transition, this opportunity to re-invent themselves in a safe environment with proven tools that work.  The Passion-Purpose-Plan Live Circles in Los Angeles for the past 4 years and now the teleclass series is for women who are ready for that change, ready for re-invention, ready to experience a new way of life doing things that are meaningful.

After several years of helping over 100 women make those passionate, purposeful changes, I began to notice something else.  Women were re-inventing themselves.  They were making big, bold changes in their lives.  However, I saw another need.  Women who were launching their Big Ideas, Dreams and Goals needed help getting off the ground or taking their dream, their passion to the next level.  From this reflection, a second Success Circle and teleclass was born.  In my former business life, I had 18 years experience in forming a start-up part-time business that became an international company over a span of 6 years with sales over  a million dollars.  I realized that women need support to manifest their entrepreneurial dreams.  They need guidance, mentoring and a step by step action plan and coaching to make it happen.  Thus, I looked back on my 18 years experience and made a list of the tips and solutions that I have used over the years to make it all happen, to create real growth and profit in my business.

Today, I now have the Profits with Passion Circle and teleclass series to help those women who have launched their passionate idea and are ready to see it skyrocket.

This is why Smart Women Smart Solutions exists. This is the Smart Women Smart Solutions Manifesto:  To support women who are either:

Ready to re-invent themselves, ready for change, ready to make their encore to the world, to live boldly and passionately with meaning and purpose.

Or

They’ve launched their Dream business idea and are ready to take it to the next level with growth and profits that skyrocket.

And last, but certainly not least, to support women to do all of this while practicing extreme self-care, spending quality time with family, friends, and serving their communities in a way that makes them feel good.
