Hey there Smart Women! Fall has definitely arrived in Los Angeles. The leaves are falling off the trees and there are pumpkins and scarecrows all over our community to signal the celebration of Halloween that’s just around the corner. Here’s a photo of my daughter Jenna at the YMCA’s Pumpkin Patch last weekend. She was one of this years winner’s in the doughnut eating contest!

Today I’m at the Inn at Playa del Rey (see the photo to the left) for Day 1 of my Success Circle Certified Coach™ Retreat. I’m excited to spend the next 3 days working with these amazing women who will be using my proven “Creating the Spark” 6-step process with their own clients in their cities!
