Hey there Smart Women!  How are you?  Today I’m writing to you from the beautiful, peaceful  Intercontinental Montelucia Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. www.icmontelucia.com.  I’m here with my coaches, Ali Brown and James Roche, along with my Mastermind group to vision and strategize on what’s next for me and Smart Women Smart Solutions®.  Fall is a great time for masterminding and retreating to contemplate what’s next in your life.

Today officially marks the first day of Autumn.  Mother Nature reminds us that change is not only necessary, but inevitable.  I’ve been speaking with quite a few women who are contemplating change in their lives both personally and professionally and the question is always the same:  “What are you willing to let go of in order to create the space for something new?”
