Hey There, Smart Women! How's your week? The first thing we do in my Women's Success Circles is open with our challenges and celebrations. Each woman begins with any challenge that she might be facing and ends with a celebration in her life. My week has certainly been full of both! The biggest challenge was that my husband Greg has been ill and actually ended up being admitted to the hospital. Many of my readers know that Greg had a successful kidney transplant over 10 years ago. We've hit a few roadblocks lately, however I'm sure the “detour” we are on will be met with new roads of possibility!
Juggling Greg's ill health, taking care of our two children, and running a business has kept me extra busy! The celebration is that I have felt such an overwhelming sense of support, not only from my family and friends, but also from my community as well. I received calls from the principal of my children's school, neighbors, and community members asking what they could do to be there for our family. From taking kids to school, picking them up, feeding them…you name it. The support is there. I invite you to stop and take a look around you right now. Is your support system solid? Do you have people that you can call on in an emergency? The best way to ensure that you have a great support system is to be a great support system for others. Pay it forward…
Oh, one more celebration: My Dad turned 79 yesterday! WooHoo! 79, healthy, and happy!
The Women's Success Circles are back! See details here.
Be well,

PSS. A reminder to all Smart Women: I invite you to see your doctor for your yearly checkup and mammogram. You can have everything you want in life, but if you don't have your health you won't be able to enjoy your Big Ideas, Dreams, and Goals.
