After spending 15 years as a professional hairstylist, Alli left the professional hair industry in 2005 to start a family, but decided to find a way to continue pursuing the creative side of hairstyling at a new-mom pace. She began offering affordable in-home blowout services to her mommy friends and the demand was so great, she realized it was time to park her car and build what’s become a blockbuster success – The Drybar.

***On opening day (during a recession no less) there was a line out the door. She knew she was on to something.
