First, my children are on Spring Break from school so we are fortunate to have a lot of family time. And second, today is the first day of Spring. It’s a great time to begin thinking about the seeds I will plant to grow and nurture myself, my family and my business.

Spring provides a perfect environment to grow something new and beautiful in your life. I hope that you will take some time this week to look out at “your garden” and make plans to grow something new.

Last week, I wrote about the extraordinary women of our time being rebels. Well, I’ve got an extraordinary rebel woman story for you. Former Success Circle member, Carolyn Howard, had a strong desire to start her own business. She had a few challenges at the time. Carolyn had 2 sons, Nicholas and Noah, who were 4 and 18 months AND…she was pregnant with her third child!

I am proud to announce that today, Carolyn has given birth to both a new baby girl, Hannah Rose (now 5 months) and a new business that is experiencing early success, Carolyn Howard Knits.
