Hey There Smart Women! How are you? I’ve had a busy week with lots of exciting things happening here. Let me ask you a question: Do you sometimes shy away from being “authentically” you? I’ve been hearing this a lot lately from some of the Smart Women I work with. You have great ideas for your business but there’s that fear of judgment from others that keeps you from stepping fully into your power. I’d love to hear from you on this.

Were you on the call last Thursday? I partnered with my good friend and Smart Woman Michele Dekinder-Smith, founder of Jane Out of The Box, for an information-rich call titled “Passionate But Profitless.” This call had a huge turnout and for good reason. It was full of tips and solutions for all women business owners who are struggling with cash flow. We also introduced a 30-day teleclass program designed to help move you out of this stage quickly. I spent some time earlier this week at the Inn at Playa del Rey, (a local B&B that’s perfect for Masterminding) with some very Smart Women. We worked on marketing strategies and time management. One of the specific topics we covered was on being proactive. If you are serious about taking your business to the next level of success, it’s essential that you are proactive rather than reactive in your business.
